Concrete Repair and Parking Structure Restoration in Denver
ORC has worked on Denver metro concrete since 2008, from a shop in Lakewood just west of downtown. Most of what we do here is parking structures, but the same crews work on stadium decks, hospital roofs and plazas, and the concrete frames of commercial buildings.
Work we have done in Denver
Two of the projects in our gallery are in the middle of the city. We have installed expansion joints at Empower Field at Mile High, in a stadium deck that moves under load and weather all year. And at Porter Adventist Hospital, the plant operations coordinator writes that he was given our number more than twenty years ago for a patio cap that leaked into the storage space below, and that we have since handled parking garage repairs, sealing, and a complete system to seal and protect their rooftop helicopter pad.
Denver parking structures
A Denver garage gets the full range: intense sun at altitude, freeze-thaw most of the winter, and de-icing chemicals tracked in on every tire from November onwards. The top deck takes all of it first. We restore top decks, repair the post-tension and barrier cable inside them, rebuild the joints, and coat the surface, phased so the structure keeps working while we are in it.
Where we work in the metro area
We are based in Lakewood and work across the metro area, including Denver proper, Golden, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Aurora, Littleton, Englewood and Centennial. Beyond the Front Range we travel through the mountain west and the midwest for specialty work.
Our certifications
ORC’s owner and members of our crew have been certified through the Post-Tensioning Institute for more than 25 years, which is longer than ORC has been in business. Members of our crew are certified at Level 1 and Level 2. Level 2 is the higher of the two, and certain jobs require a Level 2 certified employee on site. We are also members of the International Concrete Repair Institute.
